Starter gives you 1,000 credits/month (enough for ~30 complex tasks/day). Professional gives you 2,500. Enterprise is unlimited. There's a hard spend cap so there's no surprise bill — if you hit it, the agent pauses until next month or until you upgrade.
No credit card required to start. Simply sign up and enjoy full access to all features for 14 days. At the end of your trial period, you'll be asked to add a payment method to continue using the service.
Monthly plans: At the beginning of each billing period, our software automatically adjusts your price based on your active customer count (you only pay for customers who pay you). If your customer base size changes next month, so does your price.
Yearly plans: You pay upfront based on your customer count at the beginning of the billing period. If your customer count changes during the year, the price adjustment will be reflected in your next year's billing cycle.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings anytime — no phone calls, no negotiation. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing cycle. Yearly plans run until the end of the paid period; we don't refund the unused portion but you keep access until it ends.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
