Revenue Plumber exists because Customer Success teams deserve better tools — ones that don't just measure churn, but actively prevent it.
We're building a world where CSMs know exactly which customers are leaving, why they're leaving and what to do about it — before it's too late.
Most CS teams today operate in the dark. They react to cancellations instead of preventing them. They guess at retention strategies instead of executing proven ones. We think retention should be data-driven, proactive and automated.
A future where every SaaS company has a 24/7 AI teammate that watches for warning signs, drafts personalized retention outreach and takes action to keep revenue locked in.
Where customer success isn't a fire drill — it's a predictable, compounding flywheel that grows revenue every month.
Why we built Revenue Plumber.
Four years of commercial consulting for SaaS companies taught us one thing above all: retention has the highest impact on the MRR.
It's far easier — and significantly more profitable — to keep revenue through retention than to acquire new customers. Every cohort that churns is revenue you have to replace before you can grow. Yet most SaaS teams pour their effort into acquisition while treating retention as an afterthought.
The tools available to Customer Success teams haven't caught up either. They're either generic dashboards that tell you what already happened or aggressive cancellation flows that fire after a customer has already decided to leave. Nothing actually helps a CSM be proactive at scale.
So we built Revenue Plumber — an AI agent that watches every account, predicts who's at risk, explains why and takes action to keep them. The platform we wished every SaaS team we worked with had.
